General Terms & Conditions of MBA Travels

Please read and comprehend the following terms and conditions before scheduling a trip with us. We highly advise you to thoroughly read all of the material pertaining to your trip on our website before to booking to ensure that you understand the schedule, degree of comfort, and physical demands of the trip you are doing.

Booking:

• All rental payments must be done in cash, by UPI, or via bank transfer.
• Payment in Advance of 30% as a Booking Amount for Outstation.
• The driver will collect the remaining money at the time of pickup from the hotel, airport, train station, or home.
• Always disclose the type of travel, such as a family trip, a friend's trip, a student group trip, and so on.

Acceptance of risk:

• MBA Travels is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen situations such as bandh, traffic congestion, breakdowns, accidents, extreme weather conditions, and so on.
• Please be mindful of your stuff before exiting the cab or hotel. MBA Travels is not liable for any losses.
• Bring your legitimate ID (proof of residency), passport, etc. while travelling or checking into a hotel. MBA Travel Is Not Liable For Any Client ID Proof Issues.
• If our drivers are treated to abusive or unpleasant behavior, or if they feel intimidated, they have the right to request that the passengers leave the car.

Prices and Surcharges:

• Tolls, parking, and state taxes are paid for by the hirer.
• The rates are subject to vary based on the fluctuation of diesel and petrol prices in India.
• Without prior notice, the tour's destination or route cannot change (Amended Route and Tour Destination Rates May Be Change and Booked Rates will not adjust).

Prices and Surcharges:

We may give specifics on the necessary health criteria. We are not, however, medical authorities. It is your obligation to ensure that you receive appropriate and thorough medical advice about the most recent health needs and suggestions for your location at least two months before departure.
